Lastly, this article will be a last series of cases for revision rhinoplasty surgery. As you learned through last articles, there are various causes for revision rhinoplasty surgery. If the patients are suffer from previous surgery failure, then they should correct it by operating revision surgery procedure for their recovery.

⑦ TIP CARTILAGE 
Tip area will be supported by cartilages. Thatswhy in comparison nose bridge, tip are is much more weaker than bridge. As time goes by, tip are will be droopy due to weaker cartilage from primary surgery procedure.
*In that case, for tip area, septal cartilage will be a role as support fixture. After fixation procedure is done, tip area will be covered with cartilages. If the patient does not have enough amount of septal cartilage then, additional cartilage such as ear cartilage or donated cartilage will be needed.

⑧ FOREIGN BODY
Some of patients tried filler or other foreign body injection on their nose bridge to make it more higher. But, sometimes it can cause further problem so it should be definitely removed accordingly.
*Prior to inserting implant, foreign body should be accordingly removed.
