TYPES OF RHINOPLASTY SURGERY

-FLAT NOSE CASE) SILICONE IMPLANT + TIP SURGERY

The grafting septum cartilage is the most effective surgical procedure to lengthen bridge for ideal nose length.
-STEP(2) ALAR RIM GRAFT
If the patient who have a concern with pinched nose, then additional cartilage can be added around both of nostrils.
